Return & Refund Policy

At Season & Stitch Co., each shirt is made to order just for you. Because items are produced specifically for each order, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color choices, or changes of mind. 

Please review your size, color, design, and other selections carefully before placing your order. For custom design requests, customers will have an opportunity to review and approve the applicable design details and pricing before the item is created.

If Season & Stitch Co. makes an error with your order, or you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at shop@seasonandstitchco.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue. We will work with you to make it right through a replacement or, when appropriate, a refund.

Items showing normal wear or damage caused after delivery, washing, drying, improper care, or use are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Cancellations: Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours. Once production has begun, an order cannot be cancelled.
